The vegan option was yuk. Bland no flavour.They did offer a replacement which a family member used.I found supermarket has better option.& a competiter makes a better option.

Pizza Magic Stratford is staffed by the most incompetent employees of this food chain. The delivery driver will ruin your pizza and the staff will steal from you if dare to return it babbling non-sense about your non-exsistant 10% discount you never got while stealing from you.It's truly a shame that the store is staffed by these people, as the pizza otherwise was pretty good. (If it gets to you in one piece and then don't get shafted trying to return it)Avoid this place like the plague.

I don’t know how many times I’ve phone ordered and every time it’s been the same lady and she’s been extremely rude basically yells at you on phone and hangs up on you because she can’t be bothered. How’s that in anyway good customer service? Learn how to respect your customers. Other then that good pizzas but just one bad staff member.

Ordered delivery online. Food was prompt.. pizzas Italian and Godfather XL. Had to order olives as an addition which should have been included on Italian. Little tiny slices of olives very sparse were present. So for me overall I expected capsicum, mushrooms, tomato, onions etc on the Italian. But there was nothing you could distinguish on the topping except salami and cheese.Very American style pizza.

I don't recommend the chicken pasta, I thought i was getting a creamy chicken pasta when all I got was pasta, chicken, mushrooms covered with hollandaise sauce. The menu has no explanation/details of what to expect for this dish.
