Highly Unprofessional !! I was booked for the property viwing at 10.30 am and I have waited for around 20 minutes outside the building but no one showed up. I tried to call multiple times to the property manager but didn't picked up the call and texted me insteadthat agent is already iside showing priperty to someone elese but will be on his way to escort me in. BUT he never showed up. I took a break inbetween my work and wasted my time waiting outside the building :-(

The team at Spectre does an awesome job. Our property manager is attentive and communicates regularly and takes care of any issues in a timely manner. She has taken care of a full reno of one of our units. It looks spectacular and she has handled all the details. She has kept our spend to a minimum and is always a pleasure to deal with.
