Lina at Auckland Showroom is super professional and helpful. She always doing what she say, providing options /advices whenever needed and promptly follow through. We have been furniture shopping in the past 9 months and Lina is the best sale person we met so far.Cintesi wire dining chairs are very stylish and comfortable compared with others.Definitely recommending Cintesi

There was no question that I could take home a couple of chairs to see what they would look like...with help carrying them to my car AND (the next day) carrying them back out when I returned them, it was an easy decision to buy my excellent kitchen stools from Cintesi. It's been a long time since I've had service as amazing as I have from Cintesi. I purchased several bar stools (which I love) and within an hour I had a conformation email, to which I replied and asked for a quick delivery if possible, I received a reply at 7.30pm saying they will dispatch first thing the next day. The next day I had a traking number sent and within 24 hours my bar stools arrived. Fantastic, quick and friendly service with a great product!

Very good customer service, when I had an issue with wrong colour chairs, they exchanged them willingly with me just paying the extra freight bill. Always courteous, polite and accomodating. Well recommended.
