It is nothing compared to when Rochelle and Brad ran it. Not good at all. Prices are horrendous. Quality is virtually zero. Stock is random if zero. Which tells me there's possibly a cash-flow issue (wouldn't surprise me). The old staff are still wonderful but new staff (basically those who seem to be related to the owners) are disinterested. I only shop there now if I absolutely have to. Used to get all my shopping from there when Rochelle and Brad and their family ran it. Not any more. I can guess that I'm not the only one.

I mean say no more just look at the recent reviews to a year ago. I've had to edit my excellent review from some time ago now to only 2 stars. Sorry but definitely would not reccomend now. Alot of staff have left. Hardly any stock. Prices have increased dramatically. New staff not as friendly and helpful. When I can I will travel to another supermarket.

Fantastic staff and fair prices. I shop at different places and know that they are not the only ones who are forced to raise their prices. Though it is getting a bit concerning, I definitely do not and cannot blame supermarkets for it.

This shop has gone to the pack. I am a regular visitor to Featherston and am so disappointed. I brought some (what were meant to be fresh herbs), they were unusable and rotten inside. It’s not the first time I have had this problem and there is never enough stock. The only good thing going for the store is the young girls who work there, they are Very friendly and accomodating unlike the owners.
