The floor-space is quite small, however they carry lots of books as well as other items. Staff members are friendly, and eager to help. I found that it's helps a lot if you do your research on their website first, and carry it with you to the shop on your phone; as it's much easier to show them the item that you wanted - they have so much items.

as i find here the place is some how small but they have lots of stuff..... some staff are friendly and some are not.... well i find this place good because of the systematic manage things.. well find things first before to enter

Well stocked store. My go-to shop for all cards, gift wrapping and the odd book. Love it when there are clearance sales. You can pick up a great bargain

On several occasions we have found other stores sell the same for cheaper (we have mainly been buying board games)- just do a quick Google search. They say they have a policy not to price match. Would suggest to look elsewhere as there’s no reason to pay extra only to get it from them.

Poor service from Sasha and her manager. Manager stood around not doing much. Poor attitude. Avoid. Support small local bookstores with better approach to customer service instead.

Shockingly difficult to find! We asked at least 10 people before we finally found someone who pointed us in the correct direction. Great bookstore, but smaller than I expected. I’m used to giant Barnes and Noble bookstores. It reminded me of the B. Dalton Bookstores I used to work for. I loved all the paper and stationery products!

I went to buy some cards for my office staff and couldn't find what I was looking for. The staff were so helpful and polite, they helped me look for the cards. The collection of cards is great, will definitely visit again.

Lovely book store. Great to pick up a gift for a loved one or to treat yourself. Has a wide range of books for all age levels. Can recommend for anyone who enjoys reading.

I went for art supplies, and they had what I needed. It's just that they have a very small selection. Be aware that they are not primarily an art supply store.
