Terrible customer service, argumentative and rude, avoid this company

We have used Glassed Off for a number of years now, and wouldn't chose any other cat door and glass replacement specialists. Anne is so lovely to deal with on the phone - she always manages to fit us quickly, and Ian is always fast, professional and thorough.Our dog managed to smash through the cat door (and the surrounding glass) over the weekend, but Glassed Off had it fixed and replaced within an hour of arriving, and even made further suggestions as to how we could maintain the safety of our French doors to protect both our pets and our children.Top service, and top people?Thanks again,Jaimee
