They decorated my wedding venue over the weekend, i must say Beryl and the team did such a wonderful job, even i was taken back at how beautiful everything looked! Beryl was so helpful and patient with me and made the process so stress-free! I am so grateful for all they have done! Highly recommended!!

The wedding decorations arrived on time and they were as expected decent quality and easy for us to set up.I was a little bit confused/annoyed about the $200 delivery cost. I was told this was at the lower end of the spectrum and that because we live in Kumeu it would be extra. I literally only ordered an archway, 30 or so chairs and a very light box for cards. So once they got here and I saw how easy it was for them I became slightly annoyed that we had paid $200 for something that definitely was not worth $200They also were all over the place with the emails they sent.Products were good, customer service not so much.

Hired a circular wedding arch from these guys. Cheapest place I had found in auckland. Super easy pick up and service. Really easy to deal with. Arch was lower quality than expected but did the job on our wedding and looked really nice with floristry work done to it. A++

I needed some help with decor hire for a wedding expo I was exhibiting at. Beryl had some brilliant ideas for styling my stand which worked perfectly on the day to display my products. The stunning flower display and backdrop very super easy to set up and pack down and had lots of comments on the day about how lovely my stand looked. Thanks Covers :-)

We used their services for our wedding last December.It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Beryl who was very accommodating with ideas and gave some great tips.She surely knows what her clients need and gives them the space as well and welcomes ideas. There delivery and set up was absolutely perfect. We didn’t have to worry about a thing . We just said what we wanted and it was all set up perfectly. We hired a circular arch for our wedding day, but unfortunately it was unusable as it was not stable. We had checked in advance if the arch could hold flowers, and Covers had said that it could.However on the day the structure wasn't stable enough with the flowers, without someone holding on to it and it ended up falling over.After the wedding rang them, and they seemed really unempathetic, stating that their job is to get the equiptment rented, and they couldn't control what happened to it afterwords.Hopefully we can resolve this, but so far having a pretty poor experience.

Beryl and her team were super helpful, professional and trustworthy from the start. We hired a lot of our wedding set up from them at short notice, and they were accomodating. When plans went awry, due to weather, Beryl helped us quickly come up with solutions for decorating issues. Highly recommend this place. Covers forgot to deliver the flowers for the ceremony decor (behind our celebrant) I only discovered this 30 min before the ceremony when I took a sneak peek at the setup below my hotel room.I called and they said they forgot the boxes. Someone from covers rushed to the venue and tried to set up while all guests were seated and groom and celebrant were at the end of the isle. They could not attach the flowers to the railing (we had cable ties etc that would have been used if they delivered hours before as contracted) they then took the flowers with them and did not reply to the wedding planners messages.I have not yet been refunded 9 days later.Luckily they delivered the urns which were supposed to be somewhere else, which we then used for the ceremony decor, arranged by me, the bride 10 min before walking down the isle.I do not recommend if you want a stress free wedding.
