Awesome customer service from Peter and his team! Purchased an ebike cover online and simultaneously raised a concern about a support arm for a step-through bike. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Peter with an invitation to visit the workshop which we duly accepted. About 2 hours later we drove away with the cover fitted, the support arm replaced providing a better fit and a zip added to accommodate the electric lift cable. All in all, excellent same day service.

What a amazing company. The staff and owners have a “can do” attitude. They sorted out our bike cover with lots of lateral thinking. Yes they aren’t cheap but it’s the old saying “ you get what you pay for”. This is our second OCD bike rack cover. Fantastic service. Fantastic attitude.

We were told that these people could put us on to a Matamata firm who could install our bike rack on our motorhome so we emailed them to ask and never received a reply. Consequently we also bought our bike cover from somewhere else.
