Williams Corporation | Auckland

For a while now, my bricklaying company has been engaged by Williams Corporation to complete residential apartments. In my 30 year career around Canterbury, I have found them to be one of the best companies I have ever worked for. Their professionalism and organisation is fantastic, so motivated and eager to help out. I would highly recommend their apartments to anyone.

Seeing too many of these ugly intensive housing in West Auckland. No off street parking so the roads get clogged with off street parking and then turns into a 1 way street. The Council should be blamed for allowing this. I would to see how rubbish collection day goes. This is a car driven city. Urban planning at its worst.

Quite happy with my build. Appreciate the maintenance period as there has been some things that have needed fixing but the contractors have been awesome to deal with esp Matt from Living Construction.Was a bit concerned in the beginning as my client consultant didn’t keep in contact. When handed over a new client consultant they had organised lunch with me - I was on my way to lunch and texted them to let them know and they told me then that they couldn’t make with no warning in advance.One downside is the soundproofing as I can hear my neighbours footsteps (from only one side we think) and also foot steps between the floors. Have raised this twice with WC but have been told there’s next to nothing that can be done

Have purchased property from the team at Williams Corp and also have done alot of work for them with the company I work for. The experience has been great for a very long time. They always pay their bills ahead of time and are a pleasure to work for.With the property we have purchased it’s been a seamless and pleasant experience dealing with the sales team and we would highly recommend Williams Corp for your first home or an investment.

We are an insulation company and have been installing insulation in Williams Corp properties for 2 years in Auckland now. Glad to say that they are a great bunch of people to work for. Its also good to see a company specifying a much higher rated insulation than what is required.Looking forward to next few years.

If you want to invest in units that will be slums in 5-10 years time, and further fuel immense self entitlement and greed then support this company. Note that most of the reviews are from contractors (i.e. people that get paid by this company) or friends of the company

Williams Corporation is a genuinely good company, I believe in what they are doing by creating great housing, efficiently and affordable for customers.The People running the company are great value and are willing to answer any questions you Have for them. They have a great company culture with a good kiwi attitude.All people involved with Williams corporation work hard and are proud of their work. I’m sure if you ever have any issues with them that they will resolve it beyond your expectations.As long as you communicate that you have an issue as “communication is key” otherwise nobody will ever know.Overall I could not recommend them enough.Great houses! and a great example of what a great NZ business should aim to be like.
