Onsite Ultrasound

Lovely experience at Napier Onsite. Leanne was very friendly and professional, receptionist had a lovely manner and very helpful with all information required. Thank you both.

My very first ultrasound was here and I am utterly disgusted, not by any of the receptionists or other staff, but the woman who actually performed my ultrasound. Not only was the old hag (pixie cut and glasses) extremely rough and rude to me, she withheld important information from me about abortion/termination methods but waited and told my partner in secret after I left the room. Even worse was her dismissal of my decision to still terminate the pregnancy after telling me I was much furthur along than I thought. She disregarded my very obvious and negative reaction, she continued to imply and try to persuade me into keeping the pregnancy because of how far along I am, even though I clearly stated my decision. Overall my first experience with pregnancy and ultrasounds has been very traumatizing and horrible thanks to that one woman.

Great service. Asked to keep gender a secret and was written on a piece of paper and placed in a little brown envelope to take home! So professional and clear to explain what your seeing on the screen.

Very friendly. Person doing the ultrasound of my hand explained what she was seeing and answered my questions. I recommend them 100%.

The experience we had was disrespectful.The practitioner we were assigned did not check for consent and was ill concerned about privacy.There was no consideration given for pain and further pain was inflicted.Our experience demonstrated the person was obviously not trained in being ethical.The person failed to listen to the support person.It appeared no care was given.It was a traumatizing experience.

I have had to go from a few growth scans throughout my pregnancy and the team at Onsite have been amazing. They always make me feel comfortable and explain everything that they are seeing which is really reassuring. Thanks so much ❤️

The team are so friendly, welcoming and are always on time. I had to go for regular growth scans during my pregnancy and the team talked me through the measurements and gave comparisons to the last scan providing reassurance. Very knowledgeable!
