Took my Tom ford's in as they had lost all shape and stiffness. The man there worked on them for about 10 mo ites and they felt good as new and he refused to take my money and also a half chocolate bar I had. Good guy. I'll go there when I need my eyes sorted again in 10 years

I can't speak to the pricing on spectacles, as I only went there once and it was for an eye problem, not refraction. I have been to a lot of optometrists. Jonathan is probably the best optometrist I have ever been to. Not only is he friendly and easy to talk to, but he is also very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that no other optom has every taken the time with me. Man, is he good! So grateful I found him.

Took a pair of glasses to the Mosgiel branch recently (a lens had dropped out).The lady at the counter fixed them on the spot. They weren't originally purchased from this optometrist, and she wouldn't accept payment, so I purchased lens cleaner x2 instead. Husband and I are due for new glasses and OCT scans, so will be going to this practise for sure.

Bought glasses several months ago, it was amazing service. They have so many lens option and I choose the best one, Crizal with the best anti reflection coating. The other store only offer normal anti reflection coating without informing what is the brand of the lens.

I haven't bought glasses from them still they fix my frame without any charge. Very friendly & kind staff. Excellent customer service.Definitely recommend others to go at least once and definitely I will buy something from your shop in future when needed.
