-1 star manager is uneducated according to the law she is supposed to give me my money back or fresh burger. A huge piece of hair in my burger, and false advertising the vegetarian meat burger , $10 for a Vegan King Burger

This BK branch has been our go-to family fast food for over a decade. Since last year it has been a big disappointment in the service and food. There has not been a time where an order is either wrong, or an item is missing; in the case of last night, DBL whooper burgers only had a single patty in them and missing fries. The services are poor, slow and rude—every time. Last night we witnessed 12 customers all walk out due to the bad quality of service where the Asian lady serving slammed food orders on the counter without acknowledging the customers or who the orders were for. No greeting. No smile. No eye contact. We are never going back there again.

The drive through person with pimples in his face is so bad at customer service. The asian Manager on his shift was useless.

When I went here the toilet lock didn't work but it wasn't as bad as maccas albany. Don't come here at 3 - 4.30pm on a work day because 300 intermediate kids will be buying frozen cokes.

Best Burger King around.Staff in general friendly except Indian woman with zero personality on drive through.Food consistently good and little in the way of order errors.

About 4 times in a row my order has had something missing. If you like ordering food and not getting it, this is the place for you. Foods alright though. When you get it. Not often though. Thanks for reading this. And feeding us. Sometimes.

The fast food place was nice and clean when I entered and the staff was really welcoming. I even saw someone being mean to the staff and manager, calling them names and making fun of their pimples. The manager handled this amazingly so that the person wouldn't cause a scene and all the staff remained calm. The food was as good as what you'd expect from a fast food place and it wasn't too expensive to it was worth the money!I highly recommend, as long as you aren't a rude racist customer.

Don’t bother going here. Asked for a freshly cooked burger, got a cold one, asked for another the used old patties and run them through the grill again. Seems to me since Indians got involved in fast food it’s really taken a downward trend sorry to say. After being dissatisfied I’ll try find a Carl’s Junior
