Highly disappointed. After I got my wool trench coat back, it didn't even look like it had been cleaned... it had a few stray strands of hair that wasn't mine on it. I'm guessing that they just used a lint brush, and clearly didn't go with the direction of the wool because my wool coat came back rough and coarse. The excess lint was just left at the bottom of my coat and the end of my sleeves! Did not clean the inside parts of my coat. I also have no idea what they did to my coat, but the sleeves were pressed wrong? For the whole day after getting it back - the left sleeve kept rolling inside out of a different press from the coats original press. Had to take it to a different dry cleaner to do the job properly, as it should have been done the first time around.

I had an extremely disappointing experience here, resulting in my dry-clean only pants being ruined. Something went wrong, causing hundreds of elastane fibers to be pulled out at the seams, the pants lost their smooth texture and turned a dull grey. The staff blamed the quality of my pants (which was absurd) and me, and refused to provide a refund or compensation. Told me to go to court if I wanted that. They offered to re-clean and re-examine the pants to provide a report to explain what went wrong, but I even after that I haven't received an explanation and the pants were still ruined. I will never return to this dry cleaner.

Had been happy with the quality of the dry cleaning. Fresh starched cuffs and collars my personal favourite however my disappointment came when a pair of reasonably new trousers came back badly marked. What looked like markings from an iron being too hot appeared and they were unwilling to help rectify the problem. Merely blamed myself and/or the trousers.It's a real shame as the staff and other dry cleaning carried out is great. Unfortunately he way this was handled will make me look elsewhere.

Went to the shop this morning and it’s closed during the claimed business hours.

You need to change your opening hours, waited outside to try get some done before work but no one showed up to open the shop
