Food was good but must check your order as they forgot to give me the drink that is part of the chalupa combo. Sticky floor... slowish service.

It’s Taco Bell! Only fault is that the store was a bit slow in comparison to other NZ stores. Overall thou definitely worth the visit

no a good experience of American Mexican food, no flavor,no Mexican at all, 25 minutes for a burrito, full of lettuce and nothing else, no even the burrito hasn't been tosted. No coming again to this place, just no even close to a good meal, and not cheap

I tend to give places a 3 strikes and your out policy because I don’t want to rely on one bad experience to cloud my view of a place. Fast food chains obviously aren’t supposed to be flash but honestly this was pretty gross even for fast food.The food was bland and when it did have flavour it was a weird, artificial taste and it looked like it had been slopped together. We didn’t even finish anything fully because it wasn’t worth it haha. When we left we were thinking do we just pull a tacky when we get home because it was pretty disgusting. It was also outrageously expensive. Only thing that was kinda redeeming were the chips which were ok and the staff were nice. Taco Bell, youre out.

July 2023This was a first time ever visit to Taco Bell. The items we chose were pleasant to the taste. Without spending more time here to try more food items we would visit again. The staff were understanding and helpful with our selection. This appeared to be a busy store and worth visiting.

Stopped here on the way to the airport. I ordered at the kiosk and thought to try some beef loaded fries. The beef flavour isn’t my favourite, however I got what I ordered. I do recommend the chicken or vegetarian options, I enjoyed those much more. I think that was down to personal taste though. I also ordered a cheese quesadilla. The inner ingredients were jalapeño cream sauce & cheese and I couldn’t taste any jalapeño, however it was ok. Probably good option for young children. Decent size for the price. Team on seemed friendly, food was quick considering it was a full house. More heartier side of fast food.

I visited this Taco Bell with my daughter today. I ordered Double Crispy Chicken Taco, Crunchwrap combo and Chicken Quasadilla. Crispy Chicken Taco is so yummy. Highly recommended. Ample parking, outdoor setting, spacious inside and drive through. Nice fizzy and frozen machine. Unlimited refill. Have everything. Very cosy and nice place to have a meal break.

The store was so shabby and dirty. Staffs were not so friendly and no customer service were zero. No conversation made with any customers. The food was good though. Times are tough with tight labour market, but being an international brand and serving people from different Nationalities at the Airport needs a lot of vibe and customer oriented service standards. Look into it before it's too late
