Very clean air-conditioned quick and friendly service. Gold card 10% discount, hot coffee, and delicious potato Rosti with Eggs Benedict a nice upgrade from the English Muffin.

After reading all the reviews, I hope and encourage the management to take a look and investigate some of the complaints.When customers take time to review, it should be taken in seriously and I am sure many of their comments are not mere petty complaints.I have only one issue with the restaurant. Please make it clear the cclosing time. We were turned away (not nicely) at 3:10pm even though the closing time on the door stated 4 pm. I think it is not too much to put up a sign explaining that the closing time has changed since the pandemic.My review will changed immediately when there are some changes done.

The customer service is average. We ordered had our food and had to remind them of our coffee orders and 5 different customers who dined in for their coffees and 4 different takeaway orders for coffee got their orders before we did and we had already been waiting over 20mins. We approached one of the workers who was behind the counter and asked if it was going to be much longer they said oh we forgot, sorry about that!

Not a great visit today, I ordered waffles and got French toast. Rather than complaining and waiting another 20 minutes for waffles I ate the French toast, which was OK. The air con was on sub arctic setting, so I got totally frozen, which is almost impossible, as I overheat all the time.

I bought me peaches and cream cheese muffin and it is delicious.. perfect taste and colour .. I could eat 5 of those .. so good … very good service .. very helpful … I highly recommend it .. best cafe ever in Auckland …

Come all the time, love their coffee. But....the air con is too blardy cold and it's coming on winter gummon.. you'll lose customers soon.
