Worst Mexican food I have ever had! Their glasses for water were dirty, asked to me to clean them and they said they would and never got a clean glass in the end. I sent the chicken burrito back because the chicken was rock hard and dry! The guy just said “I don’t know what you want me to do” Ummmm really?! Will never recommend or be back tothis overpriced disgusting food!

Food was cold and mince was half burnt. I love Mexicali at their other locations but this was subpar at best. If I'm paying $20 for a burrito I want it to at least be warm and not burnt... disappointed.

The food was blah ... I asked for a chicken and lime quesadilla and it felt like eating a bland pulled breast chicken within 2 tortillas with no flavour at all. At least the girl on the counter was friendly.

We have had burritos and tacos around the city before but mexically Mt eden was amazing. We ordered taco salad pork and beef . We were looking for this Spanish Mexican experience and his kind and friendly manager Cam put through one of the crew members Fabian who is a native Spanish speaker who explain in details and patienly every delicious plate they serve. Well done guys. Definitely we will come back soon.

Super tasty food made so quickly I thought it was for someone else. The manager, Cameron, is such an amazingly friendly person with a quirky personality even though he seems to be doing most things in and around the kitchen! Will go back soon!

I came in today for lunch to get a burrito - I love Mexican food, and had never tried Mexicali. I really wanted to be impressed and with an $18 price tag I was expecting to be, however the burrito I got was cold, and literally half refried beans it was pretty much not edible. I had ordered the bandito burrito and it was missing several ingredients. Very disappointed won’t be coming back again.

Bought two takeaway burritos, stone cold when we got them home. They were wrapped in silver foil to keep them warm but just kept the cold in. We went in just before they shut so I assume they had turned everything off ready for closing. Not worth the money $18.00 price tag. Kebab next time. First and last time I go in there.

The wraps were stone cold at he ends and both mince and the chicken was below warm.No salt to season meat so was very bland. Chip portion was small too and not all had seasoning on them.

Please spend more time making your food. My order was ready within 2 minutes but was almost completely tasteless, and the dry, “reheated” chicken on my burrito bowl was lukewarm in parts and cold-ish in others. I had to cook it again at home (3 minutes after collecting it) just to make sure it wouldn’t make me sick.Looking back now on all the other reviews your customers have taken the time to write, it seems you keep asking for feedback to help you improve but all the issues with your food remain the same - dry, tasteless, lukewarm. You need to hire a chef and change the way you prepare and flavour the food.
