Kelvin hasn’t hesitated to meet me on site to work through what the cause of the issue might be (which says a lot when the boss is happy to step away from the desk and get his hands dirty) and Adam and his team definitely go the extra mile to ensure the repair is completed fast, and done right the first time. How quickly Adam manages to get a digger on site (and maneuver it through the smallest fence gaps without taking out the side of the house is impressive!). I highly recommend Galbraith to anyone needing a responsive plumber/drainage team. Their service is unbeatable, their pricing is competitive and they always answer the phone and solve my plumbing problems as quickly as they can. Prompt to come out and look at the job (leaking water main) - explored all solutions possible and made practical recommendations to fix the issue by replacing the water main.Everyone who we met, and spoke to on the phone, was helpful, polite, knowledgeable and with a great 'can do' attitude.The quality of the work is top class - and despite having to carve a trench through concrete and dig a substantial amount of earth - our driveway and garden were left neat and tidy.The final bill matched the estimate and we couldn't be happier with the work - with very many thanks.
