We purchased 2 galaxy s20 phones ,a printer and accessories for phone .Matt was very helpful as well as the crew that helped .Very friendly and helpful.Nothing was a problem. Matt set up phones as well as Michelle I think not sure the whole crew were helpful in the grey mouth branch.

Don't you hate it when you walk into a store and you're the only customer and the 3 staff are annoyed you interrupted their conversation? Had phoned to see if they had the product in stock which they did, so said I was on my way to pick it up. She asked if I wanted the extended warranty and I said I would think about it on my way. Got to the shop and she basically barked at another staff it's that one, pointing behind the counter. It was very uncomfortable, so I couldn't wait to leave the store. If the item wasn't business critical I would have walked out. Got my credit card statement yesterday to see they just went ahead and added the $100 extra warranty to my bill. Yes, I should have checked what I was paying, but I'm really not happy. If you're conversation is so important you don't want to make a $900 sale, well, you are in the wrong business.

went to buy an apple watch charger as Apple does not tell you when you buy the watch that HEH you need a new power charger too. Anyway went in to Noels rather peeved with Apple but met Stephen and found him to be very professional, knowledgable and personable. A very good guy to deal with on tech matters. will return to that shop

Fantastic service. Had to go to this store to sort an insurance claim that happened in Wellington...but I am based in Nelson. Staff member was awesome and very helpful. Processed immediately and efficiently, with pick up arranged for my daughter in Wellington. Completely seamless. Totally recommend.

Terrible tech support. Store only carries a 2 week return policy and is not entitled to inform you of ongoing costs on a product they may sell you. Some staff members are also extremely obnoxious. Would not recommend
