The Spark Business Hub - King Country - are responsible for looking after our business in that area. Many attempts have been made to get in contact with them via phone/ voice messages and emails but no one every replies. Sorry to say but they are terrible to deal with. We are now using the Hamilton Business Hub who are fantastic to deal with.

Go here if you want no service and to be told to go home and fix it yourself. Here’s a thought, if we could do it ourselves then we wouldn’t have come into town to see you clowns. Would not recommend Spark shop in Taupo to anyone. Zero stars, if it was possible.

My plan is a $19 roll over and they have added randomly over the course of the day (27th May 2018) a total 4 packs and taken $80 out of my account. I didn’t sign up for this or gave them the authorisation. The app is so hard to us. Not straight ford at all!!!
