Would not recommend. Inspection was rushed and report was vague. I have found different issues since living in my property including an unsafe power point (Electrician was surprised this wasn’t flagged) and an outside leak (Plumber was surprised this wasn’t flagged) If the inspection was thorough these issues could have been avoided upon purchasing my property.
