Amazing cafe and restaurant. Lots of food options for dietary requirements. No oat or nut products on site to make the place safe for people with allergies. Lots of seating upstairs and downstairs.

Would love to give a 10 star review. This place is exceptional. Amazing cabinet food, of course all gluten free, plus dairy free options and more. Yummiest food, great portions and reasonably priced. The crispy chicken bucket was insane. Definitely will be back!

A uniquely presented area here at the heart of Palmy, with quaint collection on the wall. I was surprised with the massive options of healthy food, especially for those allergy conscious people!Had a great time in the morning, friendly and accommodating staff, menu is awesome and price is reasonable. I will highly recommend for you to check out this place if you happen to visit Palmy and I certainly, will be back!!!

Omg seriously some of the best vegan options I’ve found and the food was so fantastic. They call this place an inclusive cafe and it’s so true as the food caters for everyone regardless of what you are wanting. Great drink options as well. Highly recommend to everyone.

Munch is one of my favourite places! The food is absolutely amazing. My favourite thing on the menu is definitely the Eggs Bene! I’ve taken lots of my friends and family there and they all loved it.The service is always amazing and the staff are always friendly and have a big smile on their face.

I’m not really sure why we keep giving munch more chances to disappoint us as 8/10 times we’ve been there we’ve had issues. What has brought us back is the keto-friendly menu and that the management typically do try and make things right, but that can only go so far … and after today I feel it’s safe to say we’re done.Munch is very expensive for what it is comparative to other (and better cafes) in town. For example. $26 for a keto bene which is 2 eggs, 2 rashers of bacon and 1 chuffle with garnish … still, I’m happy to pay for good food but this was not good … the eggs were over cooked and the chuffle dense and nasty … we come here especially for the chuffles but each time we come they are getting worse. Both orders had eggs that were almost totally solid yolks and while I thought about sending them back to be redone the coffee issue made me less than confident.The coffee issue I hear you ask dear reader? Well yeah. I order a soy flat white … when it arrived and I put a spoon through it, it was lumpy!! This does sometimes happen with inexperienced baristas who overheat the milk and cause the soy to separate, however it is an easy fix … I had them remake it and the “barista” came over saying would I like something different as with soy that’s just what happens. Tried to blame their brand of soy milk and attempted to convince me to order something else. I declined when I realized that her attitude was “well if it goes lumpy it’s just what happens with soy milk” … tell that to the baristas all over the country (and the world) who have made me perfect soy flat whites, soy lattes, etc., for the last 20 years.Overall I’m all for second chances … and even thirds, Munch I’ve given about 10 but there is no consistency, and for the price they should do better. When we have such better places in town I would just skip Munch.**EDIT: In response to the comment by the owner below. The barista asked me if I would like a coffee made with a different milk, which I declined. Further though, while she did say she could remake the soy flat white, she also told me in the same breath that the soy flat white would like come out the same way ... ie., lumpy, which I did, as per the review refuse. Had I had confidence that anything can or would have changed, I would have considered discussing with the owner, as yes, I did see you there, however, we decided that after the many instances we've had where we have spoken to someone and yet we are still having the same issues, there was little point. While the owner may not like critical reviews, they serve a tool to reflect their experience to others in the hope that others don't have the same experience. Have the several times we've had that kind of experience, we did not review, because there have been times we've had great experience, however as my review reflects ... it's about consistency. Large venue located on two levels, cafe is gluten and nut free which worked very well for our group that had gluten free and vegan folks. Food, coffee and service are excellent. Amazing coffee art and kids were kept busy with the box of toys the staff kindly brought out for them. Kids menu available.
