Indeed 5 star experience! Thank you Sachi for your patience. This is my first time here. From the parking to greeting haircut wash and massage all are very pleasant. The price here is very reasonable. I also bought shampoo they made of their own beauty smell. Highly recommend

BRILLIANT!!! Went for a haircut today as I needed some styling. Showed the hairdresser some pictures, she followed it but also gave some unique recommendations suited to me. I loved the process of the haircut, shampoo, head massage - but most importantly the finished result - I’m ecstatic about my new hairstyle! Will always come back here!!! :)))

I have been to this hairdresser for years, love the place and the people there. No matter the haircut or the digital perm, they always do a good job. The hairdressers always give me a massage and it is amazing!

Friendly and hospitable staff members! But I simply wasn’t given the service that I had asked for, what I had wanted was a minor adjustment to my existing hairstyle but was given a full haircut that was overly thinned out and shortened (Which I did not ask for). I understand that the person serving me had limited English skills, but she could have put more effort into asking me as to whether or not I wanted her to thin my hair out etc, or if she needed clarification; I appreciated her kindness and enthusiasm, but I wish she had been more communicative.

They were very accommodating and kind. Aki did a great job and I was very happy with my haircut
