Came into this store today and i must say I've never felt so uncomfortable and awkward by the staff. I feel like they were being racist as i had a hat on and was taking my time browsing in the electrical area. I then heard someone over the speaker ask for someone to go to the electrical area. Mind you, i was the only one in the area as it wasn’t that busy in store so i knew they thought i was going to steal. How do i know this? Because i work in retail and they do this when they think someone is stealing. To top it off when i went to the counter to purchase my things the lady there was really rude. It’s actually embarrassing and i hope the staff do a better job at accusing someone thats ACTUALLY stealing.

Very helpful and excellent staff, however some of thier displayed items need attention as some are broken or missing parts so couldn't really tell what belongs to what. Overall definitely shop there again

Briscoes is always a good place for a deal. Be it a cutlery or outdoor furniture they are sure to have something you need and a whole bunch of other interesting items. Great service and a very well laid out and tidy store.

Great shop but man you counter staff need to smile or employ ppl with personality

Bought a nutribullet on discount here and it’s in very good condition and got it for a cheap price. I really appreciate the staff at the counter asking for my ID for click and collect that means if I order items from them it’ll be kept safe and not be given to a random person. I’ve online shop from different stores and I rarely get asked for my ID in which case I had to remind the staff if they need my ID for verification coz I think order number is not enough. I just hope that staff would be more approachable and friendly as one you would expect to work in a retail environment, like a simple greeting would be amazing.

Visited this store on the off chance that their bathroom section stocked what we wanted. Not successful on the visit. The store was clean, tidy and bright. Will visit again in the future.

The items are in good condition and quality but I recommend to shop when the price on 50 to 60 per cent off.Staff is friendly.
