Beaurepaires Tyre & Battery Shop Hamilton CBD

I went in for a battery, which is a pretty straightforward thing, so it's pretty hard to judge their service.That being said, the guy I dealt with was knowledgeable, they had what I needed in stock, and whole process was painless.All in all, I'm satisfied with my experience, and can't see any reason to recommend against going to this Beaurepairs.

My car recently indicated a battery malfunction. I presumed that the battery required replacement, however Shaun at beaurepairs did not straight away replace my battery infact he was honest enough to advice that my battery actually still had 75percent of power and did not need to be replaced. I am extremely pleased with the service provided.Good on you Shaun!

I have dealt with Roderick at the Hamilton branch on two occasions and his service and team experience were exceptional. Today they rectified a wheel alignment issue that I had done at my local tyre centre after being told by them that it was my tyres that were problem. Roderick fixed the problem seamlessly without having to change tyres. Thank you.

Absolutely awesome team!I came in needing four new tyres and an alignment - looked online first and had everything I needed in stock.Super friendly team, and explained everything in simple terms.Finished the job on time, and were extremely helpful and kind.No weird up-selling, just great customer service and gave me what I needed - my car now drives like a dream!Again, great team and great service - would recommend to family and friends in a blink of an eye!

Very poor service, worst I have ever had. Installed wrong tyres on the car and then made bald-faced lies about doing so after we brought it to their attention that the tires were rubbing on the cars body. They could have made the process of getting the issue resolved easy but instead chose to lie and argue making the whole experience awful. Would never recommend anybody goes to this specific Beaurepaires, you would be better off going to any other tyre shop in Hamilton. They never made any offer to repair the damage to the car caused by the wrong tyres being installed. They did however eventually replace the tyres after we managed to call them out on their lies and prove the wrong tyres were installed.

After badly damaging a front tyre on a pothole I elected to replace both front tyres and accepted the quote. Work was completed promptly and efficiently.However, when I replaced my rear tyres at my local tyre shop at a later date I was charged $250 per tyre LESS. So my experience at Beaurepaires proved to be much more expensive than it should have been.

Had a flat tyre which needed to be replaced. The service was prompt, courteous and efficient. Thank you for a great service!
