Always great to deal with the ladies at Helloworld Mt Eden. I can thoroughly recommend Jo Drum. Even when things go wrong on the other side if the world (as they sometimes do), she does whatever she can to help :-)

Was thrilled at the Anaheim package and Luxor hotel deal. Marie and I was impressed with your expertise knowledge and the overall package for all 4 of us was awesome. Unbelievable. Called in to United Travel St Heliers to book holiday. Told by woman that she was in a meeting so was too busy and wasn't feeling well. Went over road and booked $35,000 of travel and accommodation with very friendly staff at Flight Centre

Initially Jo was extremely helpful but for nearly two months we have been unable to contact her despite phone calls and emails. Our trip is long with many parts to it so maybe Helloworld can only book basic holidays like cruises. We are frustrated and dissapointed in the way our bookings have been managed .
