Rooms were nice and tidy, well maintained. Staff were very helpful, too. Took a bit of work to get a clothes iron sorted, but we got there eventually. Location is great, just a few minutes from the important shops. Shower is hot, and has good pressure Overall, great value for the price

Takapuna International Motor Lodge
I was booked into this motel by pn hospital as I had appointments at Radiology. When my support person and I turned up we thought we were at the wrong motel. It was extremely dated and tacky. However the rooms were excellent. It was quiet and comfy and very clean. Most impressed with the detail. Well done. One thing that would put me off using again is the stairs up to our apartment. I found them hard to navigate. Not recommend for anyone a little unsteady on your feet.

Cheap & cheerful, the main thing being that although a bit worn and dated we found it clean. Great location for Takapuna which is a bit of a transport hub for buses if you want to go further afield. However lots of places to shop & eat if you decide to stay local, all within walking distance and a countdown really close.

Takapuna International Motor Lodge
Our family of 4 stayed for 5 nights and were made very welcome. The 1 bedroom unit was newly renovated and had a lovely bathroom and a separate seating area for watching TV. Didn't have to sit on the beds. Very helpful staff and we were able to park off street behind our unit. Short walk to main shops and beach with playground. And close enough if needing to stay near North Shore hospital. Would definitely stay there again. Chocolates were a nice touch. Thanks

Takapuna International Motor Lodge
I really loved my 3 day stay in this motel. Location is great. Staff and owners were brilliant. So accomodating and super friendly. Room was large and clean. Beds very comfortable and the sky channels were appreciated. Cleaning staff were a pleasure. They did their job without getting in the way. Will definitely stay again.

Great and spacious room. Clean and tidy, well maintained. You wouldn't say from the outside, but the rooms are renovated and modern. Would definitely recommend
