Repco Manukau

I ordered Maxi track drawer online.I spend my time online to get the stuff to Manukau Repco and I’m dealing with Repco for 30 years and I’m also a account holder as well and my maxi track drawer was delivered to Manukau Repco was click n collect and the boys working tod me my drawer had arrived and I told them I will bring my Ute to pick it up on FridayI went on Friday to pick it up from Manukau Repco and they told me my maxi track drawer was sold and then I found out the store manager sold to one of his own people so it looks like Racism going with this store manager..So my concern is I spend all my time to order arrange to pick up in the store but someone else takes the item and the being store manager is doing all these but the staff told the manager not to sell dice I made soo many trips to Manukau Repco asking has my order arrived

Do not deserve a star..my son had eorst experience with RJ..needs customer service training. After taking up with manager 2 days later..he resolved the situation

A small scale outlet. Staff is friendly. Onsite parking available. Just by the BP.

Good Experience today.I bought the battery, 75D23L (40 months warranty), last August at Repco Onehunga (I moved house). I drive my car regularly, but yesterday, I suddenly found I couldn't start my car, but only hearing the clear clicking sound from the starter when I pressed the start button. It had been only a few days that I didn't drive the car, and I'm pretty sure I locked the door and no lights left-on or so. And it's been only 8 months. So I found quite weird, because it had no early signs during my recent drives, and the ECU seemed working fairly normal. Then when it came to last night, my flatmates and neighbors all came to help me trying to jumpstart, but we couldn't, and I found the power was even weaker/flatter than it was during the day, once we worried that I couldn't close the window, my neibor gave the window a good pull and wiggle as a starter" while we press the shut-window button then we made it . Then we took out the battery

Absolutely poor customer service & shocking organisation. Have ordered Several parts from this branch on a Wednesday it is now Monday and when I ring to enquire they keep putting me on hold have rang 3 times and they don’t have any idea what I’m talking about . Bunch of headless chickens . Very poor I’m not impressed

Came in today to refund some items (before work) because it's the closest repco to my house but got told to REFUND AT ANOTHER REPCO (had to go botany)I work in retail too and we never turn down a refund no matter how big it is because it's CUSTOMER SERVICE. Shows that the store cares more about their budget than giving CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Also shows how much they only care about the budget performance" of their own store but doesn't care about the business as a whole."

Refuses to do refunds even though I had the receipt, the items were unopened and brought less than 10 days ago. Told me to go to another store for the refund. Waste of time

I sat on a call for very long just for a woman to answer and then put me straight on hold without me even getting to say hello very rude and unprofessional !

What happened Repco,a set of shelves made from coke can thin steel" held together by a million may as well be lead screws.Go jacks(generic name) with hydtaulic cylinders that blow out and have chrome plated mild steel(imitation stainless?) ram rust.And the 4cyl jump starter that wouldnt even start the ride on and after 5 months wouldnt even hold a charge.Bring back the good old days and stop relying on......"
