This place is amazing. A restored house and stables turned into beautifully oldie worldie guest rooms in the very pretty old town of Clyde. The breakfast in the morning is excellent. A great selection of cereals and fruit and also a very yummy egg option. The coffee is excellent and the service of David and Andrea (Andy) was exemplary. Our night here made us feel very special.

Lovely place. Owner David is a fantastic host and made us feel incredibly welcome. The room, with En-Suite in the Stables is beautiful and the breakfast the next morning was great. Highly recommended.

What an amazing place. Starting with the gorgeous smell of baking bread on checking in. Huge history, beautifully kept rooms and great staff. Up there with the best of them.

Right in the heart of Clyde and capturing the historic feel of this lovely spot. Restoration and decoration are both sensitive and carried out to an immaculate standard. The hosts were friendly and very accommodating - truly genuine and lovely people.

What a treat to stay here and know how historic it is! We stayed in the Naylor room, which was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast provided was amazing as well, and the house is walking distance to many other things to do in Clyde.

Amazing lodge that reminds you of the best backcountry b&bs of Europe. Character stone buildings, lush garden, curated decor, cosy well appointed rooms, warm and inviting common areas and wonderful host!

Friday at 3:30. The place had 3 other patrons. We were excited by the incredible ambience. We waited for several minutes before getting up to get our own menus. Five minutes later we still hadn't been greeted or acknowledged by the bartender next to us. Headed to another option. Sorry Oliver. Your place is empty because you have zero customer service.

WOW! loved this place - We were lucky enough to stay in the stables and what a fab room, so much space for suitcases which was so appreciated. No expense spared in the decor! Breakfast in the beautiful homestead was great. Thanks you
