Although I wish the clinic has more flexibility in consultation bookings (the treatment I got only had Thursdays available), Erin and Michelle had been outstanding, from the time I made an inquiry until I got my first treatment. The clinic looks very clean and they have strict Covid protocol, which made me feel more safe.

Always a pleasure visiting Da Vinci clinic. There really aren't any words for the gratitude I feel for Adam and his team. They did an incredible job on my reconstructive surgery regarding my breast cancer. The care they provided was amazing and I am very happy with the results. Staff are always helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Surgeon and nurses are knowledgeable and answer all questions, and take the time to explain procedures and follow up care. I world highly recommend them to anyone wanting surgical and non surgical procedures.

I was asked to put on a mask when I entered and I guess they are taking every precaution as it is a surgery. Free consultation was a bonus. Procedure was a bit more expensive than quoted. Nurse was very professional and lovely. She explained everything exceptionally well and made me feel like the procedure was an everyday thing. Not just for myself but for others in the future I do think they should redo their consent form as it was so blurred from being copied so many times that I had difficulty reading it. Overall experience was very professional.

Great experience. Very professional, clean and outstanding service. Dr. Abbott fantastic and making sure you happy with what you want and really good eye for detail. Plus a 10/10 for Kristy. Fantastically helpful and friendly staff made me feel at ease from first contact. I chose the Da Vinci Clinic due to reviews from friends, and after having had my consultation with Dr Bialostocki, I can see that these reviews were well founded. He has a very calm professional manner that made me feel that I was in very safe hands. Having a procedure that will alter your facial appearance was one that gave me a degree of trepidation, however Dr Bialostocki patiently described what the surgery would entail, what the recovery process would be, and what I could expect as an end result - which ultimately made me very confident I'd come to the right place. I would highly recommend anyone seeking cosmetic surgery to consider the Da Vinci Clinic.
