Love this gym , very nice people good vibes every time I go in ..anyone looking for a a gym to go too city fitness Westgate is the place….

If the number of people that go there per machine is anything to go by, it is a busy gym! And while I don't know every single machine or exercise equipment out there, you'll be able to find a platform to deadlift from, a mat to do burpees on, a treadmill to run on, and upstairs to do...*gasp*...more exercises! I don't know if the staff there are also personal trainers, however they are there if you need help. My opinion of the gym is that it's got everything you need to kick start your fitness training. Go get it!

Great gym, has everything including a functional fitness space upstairs, HIT classes, cardio machines including a couple of stair climbers. Avoid the peak hours thought because it gets busy.

These new facility has something for everyone. With the large footprint of the gym it can even operate under the covid protection frame work.With lots of experienced professionals ready to answer questions or for one on one sessions, you'll be in good hands. Lots of friendly people and don't hesitate to flash a smile and wave hello. Plenty of group classes and areas as well for those with their own personalized workout sessions to get your sweat on!There is a massage chair to help you relax those tense muscles after a hard workout, men and women's changing rooms, lockers, showers and mirrors to make sure you're ready to hit the floor or the door!Get it and get stronger than yesterday

Well equiped gym with a great amount of space

Great being able to go to other gyms good location was unsure of parking but found it on the end nice center not as clean as some of the others but ok

Love City Fitness, does get bit full in peak hour. But definitely great equipment and environment also extremely friendly staff. Only reason I give four stars is cause during peak time its too full.

Worse customer service by Lois.She doesn't have customer service skills and doesn't know how to talk and don't think that she is properly trained.And for whatever the reason you call to members, there is still you should talk nicely.She has lot of attitude problem.Before I was having premium membership but when I came to know that you cannot bring guest after staff hours and when I saw staff is always not available, so I decided to split membership in two but after today experience I think I should start look for another gym as I think you got many members that's why your staff has so attitude.DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
