We originally reached out to Kathy at Icon Design because she was well placed price wise in her initial engagement and she had done some credible sites in the past. We got her to do complete brand creation, style guides logo and a full package for start up. From the start Kathy was relatable, asked good questions to understand our vision and built a brand and logo from that. She then built a very smart simple website, set it up and got us off the ground, Very quick turn around to get work completed, and we still use her today for all branding items. I have complete trust in Kathy and her team and have and will continue to recommend her services to all. I have no doubt that her understanding of us and her help with our brand creation is what allowed us to hit the ground running as well as we have.

Kathy was an absolute gem to work with! She was very encouraging and supportive throughout the entire process of redesign, web set up, printing of labels, decals, stickers and more.
