Great service from quote to end. Turned up on time, samples bought, various types discussed. Guys moved the heavy stuff for us, and cracked on, doing the entire house in one day. All the stuff moved back and the result is great. Carpet exactly as described and couldn't have gone better. Thanks Napier Harrisons!

The whole experience was an absolute pleasure. Clive was extremely helpful, patient and genuine. The carpet was installed on the set date and the installer did a great job! When I had a query a few weeks later the installer came around that same day (late in the evening) to answer my question. We love our new carpet. It looks and feels amazing! Thank you team.
