Worst customer service ever, have brought a fridge and TV over the last month and gave them the opportunity both times, disinterested would be how I would describe the service I had, brought elsewhere and was happy with the service I received, I spent 30 years in appliance retail and am surprised that this level of service is tolerated, no wonder they are struggling

disappointed they advertise that they would match there competitors prices but not so even when it met all the criteria.there reason being was it was below their cost price. the difference between the two identical items was about 70 dollars.it was obvious to me they did not want to honor there promise

There was not enough to smoke our tyres to stay fir a longer browse, although we were looking for something specific. So good specials to be found, so still worth a look.

Originally reviewed this store in 2017 with the following: Easy to browse without feeling pressured to buy. Great staff who are genuine and friendly.In 2023, nothing has changed. Staff still very good, delivery service excellent and obliging, and product range adequate for our needs.

Bought an expensive Melie vacuum that broke down after a few months.Took it back for warranty repair - no problems. A couple of months later, still no idea of when it would be fixed. The issue was that there was zero communications from the staff, and we were left to deal directly with the repair service. Finally got our money back.
