They were booked for a small job, attending to a faulty light switch and a non functional extractor fan.I took time off work and waited. When they were 30 minutes late, I sent a text to ask if they were coming. After an hour and a half, with no response, I gave up and went to work. I sent them a text to say that I was not going to waste any more time.An hour after that I received a text. The sender said that he had gone on holiday.
