La Nails

I would give a 0 if that was an option.This was the worst service I have ever received for anything. I got lash extensions and they started falling out within 24hours. When I called the salon the following day a man answered and he was wonderful! He told me to come in and they would fix the issue. This was a Saturday and I couldn't make it back in until the Monday. By Monday I had around 40 lashes just fall out so told the receptionist. She had to wait for the technician to arrive (lied and said she wasn't working that day but she arrived 15mins afterI did). Once the technician arrived it was horrible. They stood in front of me speaking an Asian language while rolling their eyes and giggling at me. Finally I was asked if I curled my lashes, when I answered no" they continued their conversation while looking at me disgusted. They then said I had to pay again because I had curled my lashes because they weren't that curly when they were done. The situation escalated because I didn't curly my extensions. They then called security on me. Three PI guards came to sort the situation

Had gel polish done a week ago and already peeling off my nails. Usually should last 2 weeks at least. Had also had a young male doing my treatment who was clueless and not using normal prepping methods. For just one hand alone I had sat in the chair watching him re-do one nail for 15 minutes. Please don’t hire young males who have no clue what they are doing. Feel like I have wasted my $$ and will not be returning. Sucks, as I really enjoyed your service up until you had new staff. Had called about the issue, but was rudely hung up on. Bad customer service, bad service over all.

Really good service , however my acrylics here used to last up to 4 week , now they only last 1.5 to 2 week until they start coming off please use a little more glue

Great service received from Kane today. Love the gel manicure and pedicure. My nails are looking great and Kane was very detail oriented.

A lovely experience! They were well-staffed so I didn't have to wait long. Staff were attentative, professional and polite. I enjoyed the exfoliation and hot towel on my feet.I wasn't able to enjoy the massage chair due to pregnancy, but that was fine. I think some gentle music playing would improve the overall experience. It was also nice to see male staff working here.I look forward to my next visit.

Today was my first time getting my nails done. I got a pedicure and acrylic manicure. The pedicure was so relaxing and the lady who did it was so gentle and nice. I enjoyed the massage chair. My acrylic nails are so beautiful. There was a misunderstanding as I initially requested French tips at the front desk but it was easily resolved and they had such nice service. I didn’t know what to expect as it was my first time but everyone was patient with me and very kind. All the ladies who served me were wonderful and so nice to me. I will definitely be coming back here again.

5⭐️ service, staff and nails! Highly recommend. Thank you Peter and Tommy for the glow up! Everyone here is lovely and it's the little things like, no yelling around the salon for me.. I will always come here for my nails even if I have to travel far, the service only gets better every visit.
