I have never in my life experienced Racial Profiling before, but I did on Monday.As some of you know, my sister and I were Followed, Harrased, Had our photos taken without our permission, we advised by both of these people that they had received calls from other store saying we were troublemakers (even thought we just got to the mall), had Security called on us and were kicked out and almost charged with Trespassing All because we looked Suspicious.First of all, we wanted to support a store that hardly had any foot traffic, so we decided to have a look around the store. We had a look around a did notice that the people that shop there were predominantly European, but that didn't bother us, it but bothered the store manager since she decided to follow us around.I had asked her if I could help because we had been in the store all of 5 minutes and she followed us everywhere we went. She then walked off, and called this gentleman who is apparently the owner for the store.He didn't even ask us if we needed help or wanted to get out side of the story, he just simply said Get out of my store. You two are troublemakers. We heard about you two and want you to leave

Humiliating and condescending behaviour and attitude towards me from two of the female employees. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Extremely insulted and embarrassed at how i was spoken to and treated just because I asked a straightforward question about an item for sale.

Always a great variety of gift lines available and the shop staff are always so helpful. Definitely reccomend shopping here.

Awesome gift collection. And we even got free gift wrapping done! Excellent customer service! Will definitely go shop there again :)
