I usually shop at countdown redwoodtown..... Not anymore. I just had terrible customer service, it's usually pretty average lately. But today staff just kept on with their conversation while scanning, didn't even get a hello or a smile.Management need to provide training on customer service.

I personally prefer PAKnSAVE as they have a wider range of food availible, friendly staff, full shelves, lower prices, better parking space, a cafe, discounts on petrol, and much more. But countdown is alright I guess.

One of the better Countdown Supermarkets in Blenheim but at different times there seems to be a shortage of selection of products on the shelves and I'm not blaming covid for the shortage of different lines of stock but whether shopping there or buying your groceries online they can't be seen to supply what you are after.Buy besides the on and off issues at Countdown Redwoodtown do a great job offering services like online groceries to be delivered to your home or they will put your groceries in throughs green boxes out front or pick them up.Keep up the great work Countdown Redwoodtown.Thanks.

Rude staff and empty shelves as usual, but THIS time they have apparently stopped taking cash at the tills!! After cueing for 10 mins was told to go to the 'customer service' and cue again!!Left groceries and walked out.If I could leave a zero star review I would.The manager" should be shot - slowly!!!"

Its a perfect place to do the grocery items. with reasonable pricing and vast range of grocery items. It's always good to have access to a variety of grocery items in one place, making shopping easier and more convenient.

Clean store, sadly, could not find any of the products we were looking for. However, we did get some lovely fresh produce.

They should do better. Deli is often without attendance and doesn't look very appealing. Staff should get some training in customer service.
