Very slow - waited over an hour and they’d only checked TWO cars in front of me! The other side moves 3 times as fast so some people stuck waiting 2 hours others only 45 mins, bad planning. Should be one queue moving into the 2 sides so those waiting longest are taken in first!

A sign says this is a kind place, be kind or go somewhere else….. well, not one of your staff members smile, they stare no glare at people, they are very cold and the office does not have good vibesMaybe because it was Monday morning….Some customer service training might be a good idea Mr Manager

My daughter sat her learners license today & the staff were amazing. They dealt with a constant queue of people professionally & as quickly as possible. They were great with my daughter & made her feel comfortable.

Asked a staff to do new photo and sign for my license as I lost my old she said no need for new one . Than my license not came back land transport says they waiting for my new photo. I Don't under what is the problem with the staff for doing new photo if customer is asking for it. Because of them I have to come back to get another temporary license and waited another 10 days. Very unprofessional behavior. The staff was a young girl don't know the name.

Location great , plenty of car park.Ladies behind the counter are terrible at customer service, front gate closed 15 mins prior to advertised time.Ladies behind the counter needs to get real and smile at least, otherwise soon they be replaced with a computer.

Each visit is honest. They'll tell you what you need and only need to do to get a recheck, unlike some dodgy mechanic. Also they'll advise anything that may need to be done beforevthe next check. Even tell you to top up any fluids that need it

Recently sat a driving test through this branch. Was impressed with the way I saw the staff there engage with the customers while I was waiting. My instructor Garry was really professional and patient & I appreciated the way he supervised my test and thoroughly explained the processes at the beginning and end of my test.
