Post Haste Couriers Palmerston North

Leaves a non delivery card in mailbox with a 0800# that doesn't work. Tracking number says contact depot but there is no way to contact. And when you go to the depot its still not there. Not ideal.

Absolutely appalling.I have had 3 orders(different companies) be delivered from post haste and all 3 times the packages were left out in my driveway that is clearly seen from the street. One of the packages being quite expensive and oversized, they didn’t knock at the door they just left it out in the rain to be damaged. Today I received another order that was left out in the drive and when I checked the delivery status it was apparently signed off by me with a scribble that didn’t even look like my initials. I’m extremely unhappy with their service as this has happened multiple times at other address I’ve lived at. The couriers are lazy and take forever getting urgent packages to you. Would not recommend using Post Haste as a delivery service!!!

Absolutely appalling service can't pick up their phones either, I don't recommend anyone to use the service our parcel had been scanned out for delivery for 3 days now not delivered yet as apparently a new driver who can't use Google maps / GPS to sort his own route out.

Hopeless. That's one word to describe Post Haste". I had a package sent to me and it was meant to be an overnight delivery. Most of the other couriers take 1-2 days for overnight deliverys but post haste takes 6-7. They lost my package for 5 days and then it finally turned up after alot of calls

Very poor delivery. They have always new driver . That mean something bad in the Company

So here's the evidence you wanted of the parcel left by the road for the lady who didn't belive me this is for you love! Next time the driver could not be so dam lazy and drive up the driveway.

Post Haste continually goes out of their way to make sure our parcels get there on time and in great condition. As a company we value the amount of communication we receive from post haste!!! Their staff are extremely kind and considerate especially Diane, Penny and Bridget! We love it!

Went to post a parcel here the other day this week. The Staff were very helpful in asking me questions about where the parcel is going to, who is it from, how big the parcel is, by measuring it top to bottom. Was able to get it posted that day.WARNING: NO MORE CASH PAYMENTS FROM 1/03/2021. STRICTLY EFTPOS OR CREDIT CARD. Thanks to Post Haste Couriers for doing such a great job.

A driver for your company should be more courteous when he thinks it's ok to park behind me when I'm reversing out!
