The staff here are very friendly and very helpful. They are very good at recommending products and giving you very personal attention. I think that the staff are generally local people so that they know all about the local residents and they treat them with respect. I always feel like a valued customer when I shop here.

Overheard a staff member today asking an older lady (in her 80s) to put on a mask. Get a grip, this is shameful, she was only trying to purchase a book. I know you have to ask, but cmon covid is over!
