New Zealand Couriers

Spoke with a girl on the phone Hannah & Meighan a few times. She was amazing to deal with. We had struggled with other companies doing postal services but these girls we had spoken with were amazing.

As my fiancee has stated in her review below, we expected a package from Immigration NZ, something we were extremely anxious to receive considering her current application. She woke me this morning to say she was just told by the local supervisor that the courier didn't even bother to come down the driveway, claiming he didn't think he'd get down it despite it being at least 2.7m wide at the narrowest. Large courier vans and even trucks and trailers have been down it many times before with zero issues. It's also not a very long driveway, 30-35m tops to our front door. Even our elderly neighbour can navigate it by car or foot with no issue. You would think someone who drives and runs back and forth for a living could navigate much worse conditions. This is pure laziness and some of the worst service and effort I've ever seen (which is saying something considering the issues with mail service we've had in the past year). The office staff on the phone and at the depot (which is literally across town for us) were very polite but could not help from their point of view. They claimed they could only try redelivery the next day despite know the importance of the package, trying to reassure us with the fact the driver responsible is in the process of being fired and working his final days. This offers zero comfort or compensation in the face of the stress and inconvenience it has caused. Luckily it turned out not to be a time sensitive request from Immigration.We also do not seem to be the only ones receiving such terrible service, in which case they should have a standby courtesy service to make up for these common errors made by their staff.

Unprofessional young women serving customers on the counter.Tossed the parcel at me. Management wake up.Went to collect parcel and while waiting heard office staff using offensive language. 1 Star is even over rated.

Very clearly documented on parcel to leave tucked in by plant at front door...parcel was rammed in the back of our letterbox on road frontage. Very poor service

NZ Couriers simply don’t care about customer feedback.I have had a recent conversation with the customer care team and the local branch manager, who explained the companies position.They simply don’t care

Great Staff who work very hard and are very caring with my Parcels

Not impressed with the service - was just left in the mailbox ( our passports) although a big pink sticker said to get a signature!! I stayed home to make sure I was able to get them. Staff were most helpful, returning calls and following up as they were lost" from Napier to Tauranga.A better service

Do not use this useless NZ courier at all. They don't know the value of a legal documents. They just lost my son's passport.. Come on its from immigration how in the world you just leave it on the letter box without someone signing? Absolutely horrible service if you have less than a zero stars I will go for it...

Delivered perishable goods as the last delivery of the day after having in in their van for over 6 hours on a hot sunny day, so all the meat was warm and ruined. Really poor service.
