They only pick up the green waste bin maybe 50% of the time. I gave up calling the office because I don't have 20 minutes to do so for no reason. Once they said they would come back out the following day to pick up and didn't bother to show for that either. Kind of no point complaining.

Have always been happy with service till today,when I discover they have changed their policy .To be unable to withhold pickups whilst you are away on vacation. This is poor public relations

These guys sold me a black-lid bin pickup service only to never pickup the phone in order to arrange for the bin's pickup. I.e. I haven't been able to get through for 2 months now, and have $90 odd dollars of worthless tags and a mountain of rubbish to dispose of at additional cost. Stay away from these cowboys what a giant Waste of time.

For several years I had acceptable service from this Company. Moved to town four months ago.Gave all the correct information i.e new address etc and since then a disaster. No email answered, only ever one bin pick up in spite of correct advice given.Bin standing alongside a neighbours bin, same company. Theirs taken. mine ignored. (one month now). I sent email to terminate contract, remove their bin, and sought refund for tags purchased. Still no response.Don't even consider this Company.I have contracted with another Co. Hope they are better, couldn't be worse.

Green waste bin not emptied again 2 weeks in a row. Schedule day changed but not advised. Be prepared to wait for at least 20 min if phoning. Finally got thru staff very nice and bin emptied following day. Won't be renewing waste or green waste contracts with Waste Management.
