The Rent Shop - Auckland City

I can offer quite a unique perspective as we have dealt with these guys on both sides, as a tenant and landlord. We moved up to Auckland and found a nice place we were keen on listed with them, which was dog friendly. They were really good through the application process and in communicating regarding delays (the house had just been built and was pending compliance).After having a great experience with finding the place we decided to use them to rent out our place, again they were exemplary. As soon as we had the place ready they drove down to Hamilton to photo it within a day and had it occupied within a week! Couldn't ask for more.Thanks Nita & Wes you guys have been great.

Terry especially is a great property manager, always responsive and professional but also easy-going and caring. He goes the extra mile and always remembers previous things we have talked about. This is a tough one. Good people but correspondence with them during my tenancy was slow to none. Property manager went silent on my bond refund and had to personally get it sorted with tenancy services directly. Not a pleasant experience especially when dealing with money.
