Very disappointed with the curtain installation more disappointed with the so called Sales and customer Experience personal - very much clueless.This really is the VERY basic 101 customer Service, a missed opportunity to put something right.I’m also going to forward this response to the International sales and Market forum, I feel that this response highlights the inadequacies and inexperience of individuals in this field. A perfect case study of what not to do and how responses like this can only facilitate and burn the company’s repetition.Wade or Paul would be very disappointed in a staff member so ignorant of the basics in customer service.General complaint was very poor installation causing damage.

Terrible customer service in the Blenheim road, Christchurch branch. The staff were more interested in talking amongst themselves and sitting looking on Google maps than helping out with the customers. I asked one of the young ladies if they had any tan or brownish Readymades, was told no, only to see them down other end of the store. She made no attempt to even try and help, just wondered off and left me to look.. when we were looking at the curtain track the other assistant didn't seem to have any knowledge on them and just took my details for a measure and quote. Needless to say when they finally rang me, I cancelled.

Amazing staff with kind heart and wealth of knowledge. Was able to give us a price range ball park number on the fly and let us know our options and to he pros and cons of each. Super adaptable with young children. Would highly recommend giving Millers a go if you are looking for high quality products and services.

I used to be a Millers fan, having used them in the past, but it appears their customer service has lapsed since I last used them. I emailed Millers 4 days ago as was wanting someone to come out and quote new curtains for 3 rooms, to date no-one has responded/been in contact. Have just phoned Millers to cancel my request and was told the email request probably didn't go through, my response was it didn't bounce back and was done on their official form so how would it not go through". Going forward I am now going with another company who responded same day to my request and look forward to meeting their consultant tomorrow."

Kanishka provided incredible customer service. Someone that fully understands working with a customer and above all she is friendly knowledgeable and patient with you. If you need curtains go and see her you won’t get better service anywhere else.

Great service. I love that I was actually able to find the correct size curtain (230-300cm length x 250cm drop) and it was a saving of $110 compared to if I was to purchase from another shop that I was reluctant to buy from with the expensive price. I had great service from a lovely lady that even took 4 different curtains out of the packets and lined them up on the counter to show me the colour and texture difference between them. Wish I had come to Millers sooner as it made stressful curtain shopping a breeze.
