Have been with Brett many many years. Love the approach of treating homeopathicly if possible. Welcoming place and easy to get an appointment. Follow up is excellent. Rachel his vet nurse is amazingly helpful and accommodating. Costs are fair and reasonable. Pets are always treated wonderfully and with care and love and are happy. Have always highly recommended this vet and continue to do so.

Henderson vets is the only West Auckland vets I would recommend people to take their pets to. Usually can get an appointment the same day and very affordable. Brett and Rachael are very compassionate people when it comes to your cat or dog. Brett really knows his stuff. Your pet is in good hands with him

Brett prescribed my dog homeopathic meds for ligament tear back in May. It was our first visit (we went because people recommended Brett highly). I didn’t know if the meds were going to work because my dog was still limping after a month. We tried to be patient and continued to give our dog the meds that were prescribed. A few more weeks later, our dog stopped limping and we are super grateful!

Just simply the best vet you can get in Auckland. Simple.Brett, Rachel, and the team are outstanding, our pets have always loved it when they realise they are at the vets!

It was an older male veterinarian with a good attitude and kindness.This time I met a middle-aged female veterinarian with a very bad and rude attitude.My pet is timid. At that time, my pet needed an injection. I asked this female veterinarian to walk 40 cm forward because my pet was a little scared of her (my God, it was really 40 cm). She said no you have to let your dog walk over; well, we walked over. Then she gave the injection very rudely and hurt my dog. The instinctive reaction of the dog is to look at her, who knows that she hits the dog, yes you heard right, she hit our dog (maybe called a pat for her). But no matter what as a veterinarian you shouldn't.Of course, we believe that this veterinary has good veterinarians. But this middle-aged female veterinarian was horrible, and we don't want to meet her again. So we will never go to this veterinary again.Please don't be a veterinarian if you are impatient,Finally, I hope this middle-aged female veterinarian treats every animal and pet kindly.Thank you.

I am new to this vet clinic and have received such amazing service. My cat was on her last legs and everytime I took her there, I came out feeling positive that I could continue letting her live until I knew her time was up. I was doing weekly visits. When I had to make the call to put my cat to sleep because she had mouth cancer and could no longer eat or drink, the vet was very helpful and receptionist very understanding as this was my first time ever having to say goodbye to a pet like this. They were patient with me, let me take my time and explained things well. Will always go here now. Totally recommend.

Have taken my 'precious' ragdoll cat to Brett and very assured by the way he handled and treated her. Very welcoming no nonsense veterinary clinic. Made very welcome from booking through appointment. Thankyou.
