Love randstad. Haven't had any issues at all with them. Love the jobs I go to. Abbie is fantastic and very understanding if something happens to come up unexpectedly. Which does happen with being a single mum of two young girls.

You need reliable people to follow up with applications. If you get anyone's hopes high and promise them a role, them live up to your promise! Worst service, never responded to my email or phone calls. Overall, quite unprofessional !

Ranstad engages in the highly frustrating (and as I see it, unethical) practice of bringing you in for an interview, having you fill out forms---including bank details---take tests, bother colleagues to fill out references for you, and then tell you there aren’t any jobs available. And of course, you never hear from them again. The person who interviewed me was kind and professional, so I don’t blame him, but I ultimately feel like I was misled by the company.I eventually found employment, and everyone is very happy with my work because I’m a competent professional. With practices such as the ones described above, I wonder how many other excellent candidates Ranstad is losing out on. Please treat people better.

Got a phone call from a staff member who had seen my cv online and turns out I was looking for a new role...I just hadn't been told about it before my former work colleagues found out about it. Anyway, real nice guy and with all I have done over the years, I was a perfect fit for this role I am now enjoying.Thank you Ranstad.

I was gutted that my application wasn't followed up on, even after calling and being promised that I would be contacted.I'm gutted because Randstad was the reason I got my current role, and I couldn't say enough good things, however now they missed an opportunity to help me find my next opportunity.Getting the basics right like follow up and ownership are really key in the service industry - I know Randstad can do better.Edit 20/1/22 despite replying to my review, no one from randstad ever followed up with me.

Randstad is more interested in saving face than listening to their employee. They are all nice for a start but then if you start calling for shifts they get upset and start accusing you of things and calling you a liar. And why should an employee pay to txt and get a job. Abosulute nonsense. Hey people if you have a loved one die or in a crash and need to leave work quickly... be careful they will accuse you of lying and refuse you any work when you return.

The fastest recruitment agency in the country! From my first contact with Alan to having a job offer and signed contract in my hands it took all of 7 days.
