Delivered and left my SIGNATURE REQUIRED package to the WRONG address. I ended up retrieving the package myself after the delivery driver failed to do so. They barely responded to my emails and made zero attempts to rectify their error let alone apologize for it.

Parcel opened and some goods stolen. Parcel nearly dropped off at the wrong address. Rude delivery man.How the Blenheim branch can survive is a miracle. Avoid this company like The Plague.

The worst service I have ever received from any one any where. Was a 3 month saga to get them to pick up a package. Unfortunately was a prepaid label for electronic returns so had no option to go elsewhere or even drop off. After repeated lies that they had attempted pick up even though the building is manned 24/7, full cctv of all arrivals etc and waiting for a reply to multiple emails and phone calls, I ended up flagging a driver delivering to a neighbouring property and basically forcing him to pick up the package.

Been tryn to ring them for my missing parcel for the past 2 hours now just keeps hanging up .not verry good service in my opinion i definitely will not be useing ther service agean stuff gos missing yea ok i understand that but the fact i cant even talk to a real person about my complaint is a joke and not a good look verry disappointed i used to like pbt

I read with interest some of the bad comments about this firm and mostly about the Napier Branch. Although sometimes the delivery is slow I usually get my parcel and the courier ladies are lovely. Thank you to the lovely lady that delivered my parcel today.Give them a break it is not their fault if the parcels are not being handed to them within a reasonable time. It is the fault of the management of the local firm.

After ordering goods the package took 12 hours from Auckland to Napier, then sat at their Storage" facility for 6 days before being delivered a half hour drive to Hastings.When called they don't pick up their phone

We use PBT couriers Napier for our Gift Box delivery. In the weeks preceding Christmas, our business is very busy with most of our parcels needing to be couriered locally and throughout New Zealand. The service we received from PBT was faultless, we had many comments from our customers regarding the prompt delivery despite the busy time of the year. The staff at the Napier depot are friendly and helpful whether on the phone, at the front counter or in the depot itself when we were dropping off. We would recommend PBT.

Totally useless tracking system.You get a ticket number etc but no link to update you on whereabouts of parcels. Other companies do.Calling them is equally pointless as, without ticket reference they won't help you. You're resigned to having to stay home, waiting with fingers crossed for their courier to knock on your door. Courier ok. System sux.

Both Raewyn at PBT and the truck driver were courteous and helpful. Somehow the PBT delivery system changed the address to be a different one than ours, but that is probably no fault of PBT Napier. This was sorted when the truck driver rang to confirm.Ross.
