What a terrible car dealer specially Steve Hampton. Bought a Landcruiser Prado just a week ago and before I purchased it I asked for the WoF report and of course Steve said it passed with FLYING COLOURS. Well guess what, it has lots of problem and the car still passed the WoF. I absolutely don't recommend this company all you get are lies and deception from Steve Hampton. Don't say i didn't warned you.

WARNING DO DO ANY BUSINESS with Tony or Steve. They are the worse car dealers in NZ! There are so many other car dealers out there so why go to these dodgy guys! read the other peoples reviews, obviously I am not the only person who has had the worst experience with Urban car dealers. Selling dodgy cars and misleading customers, they don't care about the safety of your children when you buy a car! They just want your money. I wish I never brought a car from these guys, they literally made my life so hard and I couldn't even take my daughter to hospital because the car I brought off them was within a month of purchasing. They knew very well my daughter suffered from a serious lung condition but hey like I said they just want your money (goodbye $15K)!!! Tony offered to fix the vehicle (because I said im going to the courts) after Steve was harassing my phone and hanging up continuously knowing I was at the hospital or at work (making phone call records to say that they made attempts to contact me - really they were just harassing me) . After they finally agreed, I gave the car to them to fix and when they gave it back only a couple of days later the head gasket cracked with no warning. Karma will come back to you. Whether it was 18 months ago or earlier a review is a review and I finally have the courage to write one, obviously being young and crying in court made me lose because I didn't know how to explain myself, Steve and Tony on the other hand are pro's at running people down. Stay far away from these bad people!

DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THESE IDIOTS!!!I brought a car from them last year, had it inspected by AA mobile mechanic and it passed with ease, then I found out water was leaking into cabin and leak from a hole in Radiator, plus whole suspension needed to be replaced. So I took it back a few weeks later for a refund or to fix the problem but they wouldn't honor their warranty, then I found out 3 months after that the AA inspector was a personal friend.

Gave me a good deal which included the shipping to hamilton from Auckland. Easy to deal with. Car bought was in a very good condition. Nice and Friendly service.

Steve was an awesome guy to deal with, very knowledgeable about the cars he has there, super guy who went out of his way to show me a vehicle on his day off and then kept in close contact with support about the buying process :)
