This is a response to the review by Debra Duke Below.When Debra came into the salon one saturday she said she had an appointment but there was not one made, because of our wonderful customer service I told her that I would especially come in on my day off to do her hair for her. On the day she came her card declined and after several phone calls and messages to her number and her family after 6 months we put her onto a dept collection agency, and now seems to be causing trouble. Firstly I would like to say that this comment is utterly low and is slander to my name. I am a true professional and have never come across something so disgusting as I have 2 small children and I am T total so to be told I had a hang over is an out right lie. Lynx hair direction has an immaculate profile and following and they would never allow this to happen.Kellie Kendall
