Got a medium fade and trim from Rachael!!! It was my first time going to the gentry and as soon as I entered she made me and my partner feel welcome throughout my haircut. Her professionalism was amazing, as well as her barber work. made me look like a brand new person and boosted my confidence through the roof! The attention to detail with the trim and fade was outstanding work done by her. I would 100% recommend Rachael for your haircut as she’s an outgoing person and has an infectious laugh and smile that lights up the whole room! Thanks The Gentry team!

I needed to spend more than $50 for the complimentary valet parking and I found my long hair need to be treated. I was a walk-in customer and the hairdresser Mijoung did exactly what I wanted. She was friendly and from the small talk, while my hair was treated, I found she has vast experience as a professional hairdresser. Highly recommended!!

Rachael gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. The lady was brilliant in every aspect. Only problem is I live in Sydney so haircuts will be expensive from now on. But worth it

I always had a fantastic and friendly experience at the Gentry. Been a regular customer since the Commercial Bay branch opened. Becca is a great hair dresser. Always a fantastic haircut each time. The head massage she gives with the hair wash leaves you fresh and relaxed. I recommend the Gentry and Becca any day!

Great scissor cut from Becca. I am not a local, let alone a regular. I came in on the day I arrived after a 15 hour flight, so I'm sure I was a bit loopy, and I did not really have any suitable photos on me to show what I wanted. Becca nailed the length I wanted and did a great job on the layering. My hair is challenging to cut, so I am very pleased that it turned out well. I might even stop back by when I fly through Auckland again in a month. A lot of the local places don't seem to do anything but a bunch of aggressive clipper cuts, so this was a great find.
